    The lift struts were shot on the middle cabinet so I put in some original Snap-On replacements. I tried a set of cheap replacements but they were junk, wouldn't even hold up the door! Amazon refunded me on that one.

    Thanks guys! This journey has been a real joy, especially now, since I passed final inspection, and the 59 can legally reside in the new garage.

    It's been crazy busy at work, but I still manage to dink around a bit getting the garage setup. Some setup, some decorating!

    I'm using rare earth magnets to put up some signs on the garage door and metal cabinets!

    Storage cabinet moved to the breezeway. This will be dedicated to car wash stuff, cleaners, etc. Magnets again used to mount some signs!

    I'm also cleaning and organizing the old garage, which will be dedicated to a workshop. I certainly can put a car in there in a pinch!

    Today I spent some time in the old garage to converting a cabinet for small parts & fastener storage. Found some shelves that were a perfect size. I cannibalized (2) 5-shelf units to fit inside the cabinet, and then space the shelves for the Akro-Mils open bins. I also added metal bar reinforcements at the bottom of the cabinet.

    Thanks all for allowing me to share my journey. Work keeps getting in the way of me spending more time on it! Slowly but surely, and having a blast!

    I had to use my new floor jack to move the Snap-On cabinet to it's final position! Also ordered some new drawer liners, so now I can finally load it up with my tools!

    Hanging a few more signs too! The Mrs is telling me it's getting a bit over the top! Don't tell her, but I have a bunch more! Lol!

    Now that the weather is breaking here in Michigan, I'll be able to have the doors open while working! Also break out the table saw to cut the shelves for the speakers!
