Signa 2 soundbar muffled

I just bought the signa 2 soundbar to hook up to LG TV. It sounds great, but sometimes sounds really muffled when I switch to a different LG channel or a song change in amazom music. I switch channel or forward song then go back, and it's fine. Do I need to return this for another, or is there a solution for this.

    It's doubtful the soundbar is the cause, it doesn't know what program you've chosen. It simply plays whatever is given to it.

    But if it's the same program (say, prime music) and one song is fine then the next song you can barely hear, any idea how to fix that?

    It's on music. It just happened again when a new song came on. I switched it to movies and it was fine. Switched again back to music and it was still okay. So, I don't want to have to do that switching back and forth every time it happens.
