How do we fix the sound control?

Our sound goes to max volume and then does not respond to the controller. According to the forum this is a known problem going back to 2012.

    The best place to begin would be with Polk CS at 1-800-377-7655 and follow the prompts to soundbar assistance.

    Magnifi Maxsr automatically increases volume to maximum every two minutes even after I turn it back down again. Ref 210902-001535 surging is stopped, but not this volume issue which I thought was part of the oscillation problem. The volume goes to max and is steady. Any suggestions?

    I would send an email to: Kim.Jasper@soundunited.com and explain what is happening. With the three day weekend you probably won't hear back until mid week.
