Brand new MAGNIFI MAX SR SOUNDBAR popping noise out of rear speakers

I purchased a new Magnifi max SR last week and am very frustrated with the popping noise out of the rear speakers. It happens despite the connection type (Optical, HDMI, bluetooth). I've connected it to google home so it could get the updates as that's what everyone else says is supposed to fix it but still nothing. Going to return it in a couple days if I can't get it solved. Any help would be really appreciated.

As a test can you turn off your router to see if it is causing interference?

Yeah, I did that. I even moved the router. It's about 15 ft. away now.

and it's popping out of both rear speakers. The other is even further than the 15 ft. -
