This is funny. I ride and I even hate those a-holes. If I thought I could get away with it, I'd mirror check them into a ditch - a deep one - when no one's looking. Alternatively, a length of rebar into the front wheel.

Years ago a friend of mine had his passenger side windshield washer jet adjusted to squirt sideways at cyclists. Not very drastic, but really peeved them.
