Low pass filter operation

Hello, I would like to use the subwoofer line out from a Dayton Hybrid Tube amp I recently purchased. This is a full frequency signal as the amp has no crossover built in. If I run the subwoofer out to my PSW 10 does the low pass filter still work in the subwoofer? Or does that low pass filter only work on speaker level inputs? Thanks in advance.

It looks like it will. If it had an LFE input the crossover would be bypassed but on the line input the crossover is in full effect. I'm assuming the amp you're talking about has a preamp out which is what you are using?

It says RCA mono Subwoofer output so you should be good to go. They do not say anything about a low pass filter and the one in your subwoofer will be fully operational and adjustable on this input.
