We finally put the old homestead up for sale a few weeks ago. Damn if it didn’t sell in 3 days. We have a closing date of March 31st. Then it’s off to Ohio to live closer to our daughter. We found an apartment that will rent to us on a monthly basis.
Real estate from what I understand has gone crazy pretty much everywhere. I hope we don’t have to much trouble finding a home.
Maybe you should have asked for more.
Congrats P-Man! Welcome soon to OH

@tophatjohnny I don't participate on any social media platforms, other than this forum, as I don't find any of them too social. I play just for fun and try to devote at least an hour a day to it since I retired 5 years ago. It's good for the brain I believe. My grandson is fun to jam with and I may try to video some of that soon. Thanks for the compliments and well wishes!
I like this thread because I've been introduced to so many artists I would have otherwise missed.

I was just talking with a buddy about seeing Hawkwind in a club in ‘78. It rocked!

"Nature's Disappearing" is eerily prescient given the light of today. Mandel, Taylor and Harris were one of my favorite lineups with John.
-
One more, and perhaps my favorite, before I'm off to greet the day.
