Favorite Christmas Song/Artist

Options
If you could only hear one Christmas song this year, what would it and who would be the artist? I might have a different answer next year or maybe even next week, but I would go with Little Drummer Boy by Bing Crosby and David Bowie. I’ve always loved the version this seemingly odd pairing performed.

I love all of the classics, but this one which was not meant to be Christmas song has always brought peace to me.

I saw a Celtic Woman Christmas concert on PBS years ago. So, that.

I didn't even like stuff like that back then, but I think I just got caught up in the spirit of things and watched the whole thing.

The Original Drummer Boy. It's been my favorite Christmas song since child hood. There was always something about that song , the Christmas shows about him and the spirit of the Drummer boy that always hit home.

I like all Christmas songs from the past and some of the newer one.

    Favorite song: O' Tannenbaum.

It's just very calming and relaxing.

    No particular favorite artist.

I also enjoy blues and jazzy Christmas music.

Took me a minute, and it didn't register until I played Em's vid, but this song'll never be the same.

Christopher Lee, the actor that played Dracula and also was in Lord of the Rings made a metal Christmas album in his 90s. He played guitar and sang. It's interesting at least even if you don't care about metal. Closing in on 100 years old and he was shredding on electric guitar.

I just remembered Celine Dion's Oh Holy Night song. On a worthy system, it doesn't get much better for me. o:)

When the orchestra comes in at 3:09 on..., the LOW bass is incredible...Goose bumps for sure.

Well, I just got goose bumps well before the 3:09 mark...and this was on my PC system with limited bass compared to my bigger systems.

Note: This is a different "ask" than the thread title ("Favorite Christmas Song/Artist")

    Only one?

A really, really hard choice -- but, if really only one.
