Command Bar ALWAYS disconnecting from the internet and Alexa never works

Does anyone else have the problem with your command bar always disconnecting from the internet. Even if there is nothing wrong with your internet...and all your other Alexas work? Then, sometimes it acts like it's online, but the Alexa doesn't work.
I hate this thing. At this point I have restarted it and put it in setup mode and tried to get it back to working at least once a week and I got it under a year ago.
The app is also awful. It acts like I am adding a new bar every time it disconnects. I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE PROCESS AGAIN and again. Then sometimes there's a problem with the app and it won't connect.
Does anyone have any solutions? I can't find anything online and I'm ready to sell this thing.

I also have this problem, I cant even use the command bar it wont connect to the internet and it wont let me do anything it keeps giving an error when I try to connect it to the Wi-Fi. please help!

Same problem here. Alexa keeps disconnecting. The only way to get it to re-connect is by plugging the power off and on again. Isn't there another way to re-connect?
