Thanks for posting these. I've been looking to do some upgrades on a nicer pair of SDAs than my current SDA 2s. I made an offer for these 3.1TLs and he accepted. I can't wait to get them here and start the upgrades.

Will do! I received my first package with capacitors/resistors today. Ordered some stuff to seal up the cabinets last night too. I'll post a thread once everything gets here and the work begins. -

Glad someone got a deal. I would probably have passed anyway. I have way too many now not in use. The 2B's are ones I don't have that everyone raves about. The 2B's are probably one of the few Polk's I would consider going for. I would prefer the non-studio version. I have similar mid-sized 2A's, 1C's and many others.

The fabric side wood end cap version looks a lot better to me too. Vandersteen style.afterburnt wrote: »They didn't speak a word of English, they were from South Carolina.

Monitor 11's just popped up. Price is kind of high and rust is apparent on most of the screws. Other than that they look to be in good condition, especially with the peerless tweeters. https://losangeles.craigslist.org/sfv/ele/d/los-angeles-polk-audio-11s/7235428556.html

My hearts a poundin!
I want em but...
And I just rocked my SRS2's big time for 45 min. before coming in right now.
Are these just the reg. SRS2.3's?
Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.

I have the 2.3's as above, that I use quite often. I see/hear no major faults with them. I know they would perform substantially better with tweeter and crossover updating. They're still all stock as are my 1.2TL's. I do have three full sets of Larry's Rings for 1.2TL, 2.3 & 1C, Larry's dreadnought case and the Avel-Lindberg 1000va isolation transformer. All patiently waiting for me to make time for them. Which I have very little of.
