Yes, the facts have to be investigated, analyzed, and this has to go to trial.
However, I saw four officers with a man pinned to the ground for no other reason than to kill him. There were no signs of resistance, nor where they trying to put him in the car to transport to the station. They were determined that he was to leave in an ambulance.

What I wonder is why the police had him on the ground by the car. Other released video shows the police sitting him down against a building. Then the released videos show him on the ground next to a car with the police holding him down with the knee to the throat. I saw a video that shows the cops get him up off the sidewalk and walk him across the street. Just as they got on the other side of the vehicle they fell. Between when they fell and the video of them holding him down he couldn’t have done much. He was cuffed with hands behind back and face down.Pio Elete Pro 520

All due respect, you are creating a straw-man, then proceeding to argue with it. I have not heard anyone coming out in support of what they witnessed the police officers in question do on that video. The voices on this are overwhelmingly unified.
That said, murder 1 is going to be tough to prove in this case. I’m not saying it can’t be proven, but establishing planning/forethought seems like it will be extremely difficult. Murder 2 maybe, but most likely manslaughter.

I dunno man....are people fair game, up to and including death, if they resist arrest from the police? The fact that the 2nd officer just stood there while he was having his windpipe crushed made it that much worse.

We don't know what the cause of death was yet, so stop spreading speculation as fact. The guy may have had a heart attack for all we know. We also know that he had a decades long rap sheet from Texas and was a parolee for a violent felony with a firearm, so the guy was certainly no saint.

Pretty much so, how can it be otherwise? Continue to resist until the police go home? -

Yep... to state facts is now an attack. The cop was no saint either, and had multiple excessive force complaints as well. Feel better? The Gear... Murder 1 requires premeditation. It would be tough to prove in court because the prosecution would have to show that the officer woke up that morning with the sole intent to find, and kill, Mr. Floyd.
On the other hand, the officer is definitely no saint.
But that should not be an indictment of all law enforcement officers.
Negligent homicide will most likely be what the officer is ultimately charged with...that or involuntary manslaughter.
Either way, innocent or guilty, multiple officers have lost their careers, a man is dead and the world in general is a darker place today."Some people find it easier to be conceited rather than correct."

Stating facts is not attacking/discrediting - Inconvenient maybe, especially when they don’t support your narrative."Conservative Libertarians love the country, progressive leftists love the government." - Andrew Wilkow

I fail to see how asking everyone to wait for facts is placing a foot in one's mouth. I, and anyone else saying that is asking for reason to prevail and justice to be done in accordance with the law.
Everyone else, yourself included are the ones at risk of foot in mouth disease if the facts of the case go against your position. The only position I take is lets get the truth. The Gear... Yes, all should wait until the facts come out. Also, Yes, murder 1, murder 2 will be tough especially given what we've seen in the past. Still, how many times is this going to happen and the cop gets off with manslaughter? Too many times. ...and yes, the rioting and looting just makes a bad situation even worst.
I hope the FACTS come out and justice is served. I have no ill will against anyone here. If one can't vent in the Clubhouse then where can one vent? Exactly....not here.

I am not going to engage in that because I was not there. The video looks bad, but I also know there is more to this than a video. I want facts, and justice meted out based on those facts. Putting a cop in the general population is a death sentence.
-
Unfortunately for most it’s just an opportunity to steal, and just be part of a mob mentality, it’s not a protest by any means.. This could have been avoided for the most part if this cop would have been arrested on the spot, and treated like anyone of us would have been had we done it, we would have been sitting in jail from the get go, and probably with no bail.. Personally I feel he should be put down like a rabid dog, and the other officers have to go in and deal with what this one Moron started. What a shame that it took something like this to put Covid 19 on the back burner for a few...
