    Order is 20d7edd and reference 200103-000049 for the second case. The original case was 191212-000728 which I opened on 12/11/2019 when I first received the damaged product but it somehow went directly to completed without resolution.

    Please see below it looks to have been recently updated by Justin.

    Your replacement request has been submitted to the orders team and they'll be providing a return label for you shortly. Once we receive the damaged unit, we'll ship out the replacement LSiM706C.

    @AlmaGarcia thank you. I heard from Justin today and have a shipping label. While it is damaged, I am shipping it back double boxed with extra padding to avoid further damage in transit. I don't believe Fedex cares one way or another how your package is treated. They mainly care if it made it there.
