Music stops playing

Recently got a Command Bar and while listening to Amazon music, the music will suddenly stop playing and will return to the TV. It has done this three times tonight. Any clue as to why this is happening?

    Hello and welcome to Club Polk. The best advice that we can currently give you would be to call the CS Dept at Polk during normal business hours.
