Customer support hotline not answering for two weeks

I have been calling the Customer Support telephone line for the past two weeks many times during normal business hours. I keep getting a voice message that the office is closed and to call back during normal business hours.

I have been calling repeatedly during the 10:00am - 6:00pm business hours and getting the "office closed" message.

What is going on? How can I get in touch with a human at Polk?
