Customer support hotline not answering for two weeks

I have been calling the Customer Support telephone line for the past two weeks many times during normal business hours. I keep getting a voice message that the office is closed and to call back during normal business hours.
I have been calling repeatedly during the 10:00am - 6:00pm business hours and getting the "office closed" message.
What is going on? How can I get in touch with a human at Polk?

I've been calling 410-358 3600, which is the direct line. The 800 number seems to take me to the same place.

I also experienced this issue recently when trying to order a replacement SDA cord and RD0194 tweeters. I gave up on it.
