Magnifi One sub won't sync

I've tried running through the manual sync multiple times I've even tried a couple things that were posted in the help forums here. This isn't the original soundbar, mine was a factory defect and was replaced directly by Polk. But now my new unit won't connect with my sub. Not sure what else to do.
