Apparently enabling chrome's do not track extension has worked as it's still not there anymore.

The effect of social media and the “click culture” on young adults is devastating. Look around when you go out - it’s no wonder people are losing the ability to communicate...

    In the 80’s and 90’s:

Pretty much sums it up, but we can't just blame the younger generations as I see adults' doing the exact same things. It's like everyone is hypnotized by this little box.

I don't allow it in my house, especially when I have a dinner/party. Nobody wants to watch you stare at your phone the whole night. If they do, I simply do not invite them back again.

Everything is a tool of sorts, can be used for good, or evil. Much like a shovel, a hammer, gun, car, knife.....it's people who abuse the tools.

If you've never read the short story Anyone Here from Utah? by Michael Swanwick (which I know I've mentioned before :) ) -- you should.

    IMO, of course.
