Command bar defaulting to HDMI 2

Hi I’m new here, and require some assistance. I have the command bar set up in my bedroom. It have 2 HDMi port (it’s the original model). One HDMI I have nvidia Shield and on HDMI 2 I have Apple TV 4K. When I power on my TV I have to switch to hdmi 1 since it always defaults to HDMI2. When I shut down I just power off the TV and nvidia Shield. But when I power them back on, the command has defaulted to HDMI2 and way to default power on to HDMI 1?
