I'm sittin' in one of those right this minute! No hifi involved, though. No basement, either, come to think of it -- just eating some cheese and carrot sticks & hummus with Mrs. H and enjoying a fabulous late summer late afternoon* :)

Not a "live" photo today but close enuff for Government work.

There is a transistor portable radio playin' All Things Considered, though :)

    * For those of you of a mathematical bent, I believe that expression can be simplified to late (summer afternoon). B)

I have a sharper image massage chair, but if you believe less is more, then plop a old style lawn chair down in the middle of the room, throw in an aftermarket cup holder and you'll be golden....providing of coarse that the cup holder is of audiophile quality.:smile:

That is a little too "less" . . . I would love to find something like an Ekornes Stressless chair that wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg. It has to be able to keep my butt comfy during long listening sessions.

That’s what I am using now, except it’s green.

new-to-me as of a couple of weeks ago.

(it looks a bit nicer than my crummy photo suggests)

I have the sofa, too -- what I don't have is an easy way to get it into the room. Current thinking is it'll have to go through a (second floor) window. :/

I love my super comfy chair. It is incredibly soft and during especially long listening hours I can sit there without any pain in any part of my body.

I don't know why the picture is so small, but I hope you can see how nice [url=spam link removed.[/url] is. Even my fluffy quality controller gave it her highest score, so I think it can be believed.

I'd like to use you as a chair. Reported.

I had an Eames chair and ottoman for a few years.

I don't have a chair in place right now just for listening. I do have a zero-gravity lounger on my back porch I want to put it back into use. waves of massaging and heat too if you want that. You can adjust the angle quite a bite!
Fell asleep many times in it when it was in the living room. I replaced it with a 1800.00 ( I believe it was MSRP ) Panasonic massage chair that I still use a lot. I bought the Panasonic for 400 off of Craig's list years ago.

Optional foot warmer is highly recommended! My daughter often joins me so the love seat is a requirement.

I went looking for an old picture of my Eames chair and found a couple. I had the ottoman too. Just don't know where it was when these pics were taken. The chair was ok to listen to music in. ;)

The girl is my step-daughter who is now 42. :o

I love the R S Minimus 7's sitting on top of the ESS-AMT1b's. I still have them both too.
