How do I hook up a PS 111 subwoofer to a Dish receiver or polk sound bar

I just bought a PS 111 subwoofer as you can see I'm not tech savvy.
I have a Dish receiver and a Polk soundbar and a flat screen TV

Does the TV have analog audio outs that are volume controlled? Are they active when the soundbar is connected? The answer to both of those questions is probably, no. So, you need a receiver or you need to find the wireless subwoofer that came with the soundbar.

Contact Dish and ask them to provide the sub that goes with it.
