Just my humble opinion---
Polk Forum has been a great institution for audio and great people. This forum has been around for nearly 2 decades. Many have come and gone over the years but, overall the forum has maintained a great wealth of information and many friendships.
It would be a travesty to lose all the information and the history that is stored here. This information and space for gathering friendships, Polk info, and general audio was crippled a few years ago with the Vbulletin/Vanilla change but yet we didn't let it fall.
The forum has helped many people not only in electronics and audio but, personally in all realms of life. From births, deaths, to household and life in general this has been a community of not just audio but life experience and family.
For the ones on top of the food chain..ie. Sound United, please consider the interest of the legacy of information before killing it.
One more thing, many people and members here have kept the SDA concept and legacy alive here at CP. There is only a hand full of audio legacy's that are still alive. You take a major risk of killing the SDA name/concept if all history/info is lost.
