Bad tweeter

Saturday morning started the CD player, before my first cup of coffee. I’m pretty much worthless before the first cup, I don’t even eat my medicine before that’s done.
Anyway around the third or fourth track, I turned the volume up a little, around 60dB, and realized I still had the AVR in 9 channel mode, and switched it to 2 channel mode. Thought I heard a little static sound, but ignored it. On Sunday, I had it in 9 channel mode and turned it up to around 70 dB, and heard the ever popular screeching tweeter. So I guess I have to order a new one.
I’m assuming the tweeter is removed from the front of the speaker, but since I’ve never taken one out of this series of speakers, just wanted to check.
So the question is do I remove the rubber cover and simply remove the tweeter, or is there some ridiculously complicated procedure for removing it.

Sorry. It’s the LSIM 706C.

I believe if you roll back the rubber you can get at it. I'm not 100% but I seen to remember that from a while back like 2-3 yrs ago.
