Customer Service and cancellation of order

It looks as though people have had good luck getting things resolved on here so figure I would try it. I originally ordered two dsw pro 660 on nov 20 and paid to have them overnighted didn't show up at all and finally got ahold of KEN who seems to be the biggest help. Anyways they are now said to be on back order until February. Im just not willing to wait that long anymore and want to move on. Ill take and email, or a call whatever. Im with pretty much everyone else having issues no response, email's, call's, call ya back numbers and so forth. Ill take any help. Thanks.......If there is still an evacuation ordered for the area I completely understand that's not something that can be controlled ive just never had such problems in the past. thanks again.

  • Yea i heavily considered svs, but decided on by 2 mk5 just liked what i read plus the price helped. I also liked the cabinet better. Hoping they go well in the theater. All polk audio speakers besides these and have been really happy. Just upgraded to atmos and that is just ridiculous. 7.2.4.
