Very nice ride Prof H. :)
Is it just me or does it appear that in the first picture that the left front wheel extends out and forward of the wheel well about a foot ?

Nice car! Check out Adam's Polishes Black Trim Restorer or their Black Ceramic Trim coating. These products will help keep your trim from fading once the weather gets to it down the road.

Very nice Subaru doc! I have the same Troy-Bilt snow blower, mine's about 13 years old. I've never had any problems it.

That Troy Bilt will be 25 years old next year I think. At the moment, it needs to have one shear bolt replaced (I've been meaning to get to it) but it runs great. I only need it occasionally (since we have the driveway plowed here) but it comes in handy when it... umm... comes in handy. :)

The wheels and tires on the car are in fact properly juxtaposed to the wheel wells -- not sure why there is appearance to the contrary (which, once it was mentioned, I see, too) :p

An optical illusion caused by the wheel clearance needed when he races it in Baja. :*

Just kidding. It's very pretty for a reddish car. ;)

I owned a red car once before (not necessarily by choice, in terms of the color, I'll admit); having had two silver vehicles in a row, I was ready for a change.

Note that I eschewed that charming Crosstrek hazard orange hue, though :)

now... when you say cougar in the back seat... what, exactly, do you mean?

    ;)

No cougar (feline or... umm... otherwise) -- just a clutch.

I've owned this car for a year now and put 6500 miles on it so far. I must say I love it just as much as the day I bought it.

I was looking at some 2015 TLX's, but heard some rumblings about reliability issues.
