edited December 2018 in For Sale (FS) Classifieds
1 pair of Harbeth P3ESR SE in rosewood. I used these sparingly in my office system (Rega gear) and have recently sold the electronics, hence the reason for this sale. I have put less than 100 hrs on these in the two years I have owned them. I rate them 8.5/10 due to a slight tear in the grill fabric on one of the speakers. I have original packing and certificate for this lovely BBC-style monitors. These truly sound much larger than they look, plus the well-known Harbeth mid-range. $1650 plus fees and shipping. Box weighs 36lbs. Lowball offers will be kindly ignored.

True, but dabutcher is in MN, so anywhere in TX is not local

I paid $2450 before tax. Now they are $2890 new. Ask Jeff D. how they performed wth the Rega Brio.....that is why I purchased them after reading the Brio review.

Lots to consider. I already have three sets of small monitors: ACI Emerald XL, Totem Rainmakers, and Totem Signature ONE's. The Rainmakers are for a planned summer place on the coast. The ACI's are my a/v 2.1 system. The ONE's are rotated with Paradigm F75 and Magnepan's in the main rig. I just need to justify the $$ for a rotation speaker rather than full time.

They may just become THE full time speakers in your rig once you've gotten your ears on them! ;)

These monitors are amazing in small to medium size rooms. The medium size room may require a sub to fill in the lower octave. They certainly sound much larger than they are.

I would consider including the Morrow Audio SP4 speaker cables I currently have for sale for an additional $125 if they do not sell prior to the Harbeths.

I had a dream last night that I was listening to these Harbeth speakers.

Possibly a sign that I should purchase them?
