Preamp or Marsh P2000

Well, the sell off went much better than expected and even sold some furniture we really didn't need so with an early X'mas present from my daughter I'm looking for a pre. Can be solid state or tube. If someone has a Marsh that would be awesome!
Must haves:
Remote
Extra set of variable outs or sub out.
Phono (nice but ok w/out)
No DAC needed
Any other features would be icing on the cake. I really don't listen much anymore so I'm probably looking at about $350 or so. Please no "save your pennies" for a much more expensive one. Won't happen for a good while if ever.
Thanks!

The first one is a nice looking Rotel setup with amp/preamp and CD player for only 400 bucks.
The second is for a Threshold Preamp. He may be flexible on the price, but it is above the pricepoint requested.
The third is an Emotiva, which may be the best option overall, and option 4 is an Eico tube preamp...
Good luck and happy hunting.

Make sure you try and pick it up from the clean end, and never listen on a hot, muggy day.
