Money is going to be the root of all evil in the NFL. These last few contracts are insane.

Have you checked out NBA saleries?

That’s kinda my point. I don’t watch NBA anymore. When a guy makes $100 million and can demand they dump the coach somethings wrong. I’ve watched the Packers since Vince Lombardi came to town and I’ve almost had enough. Are you kidding me, Aaron Rodgers gets 20 percent of the salary cap and look what the Vikings, Bears and other teams just paid a single player?
  • Nope that’s actually Heinz field where the Steelers play. I can see how you might be confused though.
Oh, Listen here mister. We got no way of understandin' this world. But we got as much sense of this bird flyin in the sky. Now there is a lot that bird don't know, but it don't change the fact that the world is happening to him all the same. What I am tryin to say is, is that the course of your life, well its changing, and you don't even see it- Forest Bondurant

Viewership WAY down for NFL debut game last night.
  • I didn't watch the game. Prior to me watching ESPN I couldn't even tell you what two teams were playing.

Same here... I might catch a game or two this season, but that's about it. I am thinking of seeing the Vikings play the Rams here in L.A. but even that is not high on my list at this point.

Kind of hard to watch these days. When they go back to playing football instead of politics, I may be more interested.

It means playing actual, physical full-contact professional football instead of this hybrid flag-football/knee-fest crap....

I think the politics have moved to Nike and now we can get back to Football. I see you have Cousins now, should be interesting.

I think that was the same year that the Kansas City Chiefs won the Stanley Cup.
