Karma: Original Schiit Magni

I thought I’d give headphones a try so as to not disturb my wife, who’s generally early to bed. I got this Schiit Magni and Focal Spirit One headphones. It turns out that my wife likes the music I play while falling asleep and I don’t care for headphones if given the choice between that and speakers. This has at most 10 hours on it. This is the first version of the Magni: no gain switch and no output jacks. If your headphones are fairly sensitive, you will only use the lower range of the volume pot.

The usual karma rules apply: choose a number 1-100, minimum 100 posts, closes at noon PDT next Monday. I will announce a winner that afternoon.

    I've owned a Schiit Asgard and a Schiit Vali. I currently find myself without a headphone amplifier, so I would be interested in giving this a try.

    I don't listen through headphones. I have great neighbors! And my wife can only hear me on rare occasions when the dial gets to 95db+.
    Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.
