Magnifi max SR syncing problem

Hello friends,

I have magnifi max sr system in my home 2 weeks.

Yesterday the sr1 and the subwoofer stop syncing to the soundbar.

I tried to do the syncing instructions that I found ( user manual, Polk website, Polk forum, google searching)

No matter what I tried they not sync.

There is any seggustion what I can do before I use the warranty?

I read a lot of problem in magnifi model, I hope that i don’t make a mistake.

    Give Polk a call at: 1-800-377-7655 select option 1.
