Polk maintains their CS, research and product development facility in Owings Mills, MD. the main corporate facility is, as F1nut says, in Vista, CA.

The Polk facility in Vista is very nice When I was a kid my parents told me to turn it down. Now I'm an adult and my kids tell me to turn it down.
