I'm about to head back to WI in May for 10 days and I'd love to pick up those towers and hook them up to a small integrated, to try to get my dad back into music/hifi. To thank him for how he was responsible for me being exposed to nice gear when I was growing up courtesy of the Onkyo Integra integrated he had hooked up to Snell bookies.

Unfortunately he spent too many years standing next to huge speakers and now needs hearing aids.

So, traditional ways of listening to music don't work for him because of the different frequency balance that the hearing aids reproduce.

Anyway, no real point to this post other than to say enjoy (and protect) your hearing while you still got it.

PBN Montana EPS speakers. Don't know anything about them cuz they are way out of my weight class.

    Congrats!

I bought a POLK CS-350 a year ago or more and after I got it home it sounded like flapping paper with a good bassy background. I knew some Polks have spider decoupling issues so I pulled the woofers out. Sure enough, 2 or 3 were loose from their frames. Simple Aileen's Tacky Glue application solved the issues perfectly. Then , the next day I heard it in all its glory!

It's a Very Nice Center speaker for sure!

I'm expecting it to pair well with my LS 50s. It's time to swap out some HT speakers. Currently it's an Infinity bottom of the barrel center, RTi 6 for L and R, then some no name cubes for surround and front hight duty. Really though I need to spin the room 90° but not till the new projector and support pillar removal. Just switched jobs, so too much life is happening right now.
