Have any of you guys seen this? Maybe I missed seeing it posted already, but got this SlickDeals notification this morning
  • 2x LSiM 705
  • 2x LSiM 703
  • 1x LSiM 706
$1500 plus free shipping
I think this is the best deal on LSiM I've ever seen - Adorama LSiM Sale With F&F, I paid this for 705s alone, which was already a great deal. This is like getting 703s and a 706c for free with purchase of 705s on F&F.

  • I would love to get some 705s

    But already have the rest.

Might have to check eBay to see how much I could sell the other pieces for. Anybody want to split a package in Illinois? LoL

I really don't think you can get better speakers for less, and you can pay a lot more for lesser speakers.

Why don't you have your gear listed in your signature, would it be too much to fit?

But, since you asked so politely, I will now share.

    Bose earbuds
    I stream Wunderradio.

    And no, it doesn't hum.

They won't fit, you have too many systems. Buy a set to donate, send to Indiana. LOL!

The $2800 package is sweet too. Adds a 4K Yamaha AVR.

That's a killer deal. GREAT AVR, but I'd still put an amp on those big boys. It'll run those 5 speakers and sound pretty decent, but at that point, go 9.2 or 7.2.2, or 5.2.4.... or go home! Shoot, if ya got a big enough room, go crazy at these prices. ;)

I am having to resist very hard. If I had an immediate use for these, I’d buy in a heartbeat but I’d realistically not be using them for at least another year and a half. So resisting is the smart option, I just don’t want to

I'm confused; I thought the LSIM's were powered subs?

I bought the 707 deal a few months back. Couldn’t be happier, speakers said open box and were delivered new. I ended up going with an emotiva xpa5 for my main 5 and let the 3070 run the other 6 speakers.
    Receiver Yamaha 3070 *Emotiva xpa5 * Behringer iNuke 6000dsp *Monster Cable HTS 3500 -- line conditioner * Panamax 5300 * Apple 4K * Panasonic UB820 * JVC NX5 * Silver Ticket thin bezel 120”
    LSIM - Fronts 707 * Center 706c * Sides 702 * Rear 703 *FP RC85i * RP RC65i * Sub (2) SI HT18

Man... anyone in PA or the bordering states want to go in on this deal and share the 74% discount?!?

    705s for $790; 703s for $395, and a 706 for $315 - WOW!

I’d sure like to upgrade my 704 to the 706 (and quite possibly find a use for the 703s) for those prices. Hmmmmm... :/

I was doing this same thing during the last Adorama deal. Asking around at work, etc. Could not find a single person who would split a package with me, all I wanted was the 703s.

My conclusion was that most people just don't care about high end audio reproduction these days, and are perfectly content with their Sonos or equivalent speakers and/or soundbars.

I might be interested in splitting another set with someone. If anyone just wanted the 705’s. I just need the another center and 703’s for my theater room.

Keep in mind there are a bunch of deals, not just the $1500 deal. That Yamaha AVR 3070 can be had too for all of you 4K folks.
