in Basic Hookup/Wiring Questions
Ordered blue one from amazon. Doesn't turn on. While charging red led shines, but my meter cannot detect any current flowing in.
Replacement has the exact same issue. Is there a trick I can use to make them work or do I have to send them back and think of another brand?

    Are you pressing, AND HOLDING down the power button? You have to hold it pressed down for 3-5 seconds until you hear the voice say “power on”.

    I’ve got a few of them and never had any issues.

    I believe it would be best to send it to: Polk Service, One Viper Way, Vista, CA. 92081 include a note with your name, address, email address and a copy of your sales receipt.
