Ordered blue one from amazon. Doesn't turn on. While charging red led shines, but my meter cannot detect any current flowing in.
Replacement has the exact same issue. Is there a trick I can use to make them work or do I have to send them back and think of another brand?

Are you pressing, AND HOLDING down the power button? You have to hold it pressed down for 3-5 seconds until you hear the voice say “power on”.

I’ve got a few of them and never had any issues.

Just received my Swimmer Jr yesterday, charged it overnight and will not turn on. I've tried all your suggestions and still nothing?
