Call polk cs they used to send out after market ends for you to make your own. They may very well still make them. There will be a charge if they still make the complete cable. It will be a ton less than the folks on eBay charge for the cable
How about the speakon conversion???

Call Polk Customer Service ask for Kim Jasper he is the man
2nd option suggestion would be the speakon conversion IMHO
Drill hole in connection cup, few female spade crimps, and your up and running

"A doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a t-u-r-d by the clean end."
GO to auto store find spade connector that are the right size for both connector holes. Crimp on wire. Think of it this way LARGE blade is POSITIVE and. SMALL blade is NEGATIVE so IF your using speaker wire most is marked positive and negative put larger blade (spade connector) on positive side Put smaller blade ( spade connector) on negative side.

Take your pick
A little on the high side IMO but it’s what you need.. I would make my own at this price..
DO WHAT F1NUT, Jessie, suggested ! Order two of these, I did years ago and made a better cable since the end blades on my connector cable were very loose and questionable. It's cheap and EASY ! Cinch connector

Maybe the tweeters will be OK for a while to you. ENJOY !
I ordered 2 of those connectors and made my own cable,I cleaned up the cabinets and lightly stained them due to a dull finish,I then had to use a glue gun to tighten up the grill on one speaker, both speaker connectors were in bad condition,so I replaced them
Your SRS2's look GREAT !
