Aren't one pair 5jrs, and the other 4s?
-
Just making sure, I know the 1G 5JRs had the port instead of the passive.
-
Save $25 and get the better pair.
-
No contest, get the peerless. If the prices were flipped I'd still get the peerless. I have the 4A's with the triforce tweeter. They are good, but, IMO don't have a lot of value unless you want some small bookshelfs.

^^^^ Great deal."Make a man a fire and he'll be warm for a day. Light
a man on fire and he'll be warm for the rest of his life." -
You'd never find anything even close to that around here... $100 each pair!? And the SDAs are worth that alone!? That's like buy one get 3 free.
BTW, if anyone here jumps on that, I'll like to purchase the 5jrs from you.... -
^^^^^ I'd rock those in my shop."Make a man a fire and he'll be warm for a day. Light

Finally, an expensive pair on the left coast...

I'd shop those on my rock. (I'm an inter-planetary audio dealer currently doing business on asteroid 2 Pallas.) -

Wow, I'd sell off most of my collection for those...
-
Wouldn't call this a deal so much... They're nice, but I don't think the last sentence in the ad is going to hold true at the asking price.

I'm not certain, but they look like pre-TL's. They have their original tweeters, so that's $400 right there. And considering that tweeters are one of the most-common upgrades, it's likely that they are 100% stock. And "no low-ball offers"? How about "No high-ball sellers"?Wouldn't call this a deal so much... They're nice, but I don't think the last sentence in the ad is going to hold true at the asking price.

The seller has original SRS's, not 1.2's. There's no such thing as a 1.2 with a blade/blade interconnect socket.SDA SRS 2.3TL's
Silk Audio MS-90-BT integrated tube amp

Polk 1.2's(says they are TL's in ad but they don't look like it). An Audire Forte amplifier 125watts x2(claims it's a 1500 watt amp)(probably reading the watt draw of the amp) and a Rotel RC-972 pre in Milwaukee WI. Includes the cheap generic cables and possibly the IC... Hard to say, the ad is pretty inaccurate.
