That is what I thought it was. I'm familiar with the Dreadnought.HT/2Channel: Emotiva MMC-1, Adcom GFA-555II, Polk SDA 3.1's, Teac TN-300 TT, Polk Center and Sub.

Dont know if I'd pay that much for em. Yes they have the controller (hard to find and required), but those BASH amps on the SDA subs were not factory, and he replaced the entire rear panel of the sub boxes to account for the new amps.

Are these any good?

I've heard the Monitor 9s are horrible sounding speakers. Like was previously mentioned I would buy just for the history as Polk's first speaker (beyond the Live PA stuff that got them in the business).
