earlier I was doing the 5.1 via oppo193 but it wasn't near as good as my 2 channel then I realized the weak link was my polk FXiA4's which are fine for movies but are overly bright with music..so I took my PSB bookies from my computer room and used them for the rear surrounds and bingo it was a lot better!!
and of course I think ATD was meant for 5.1
