Any thoughts on these? The were thrown in with the TT that I bought. If I am going to use them I will need an extention cable. Any cheap good ones that yall would suggest?

    Doug from Douglas Connection can also make you one (likely for cheaper too lol) to whatever length you want...

    Lol... I have Beyerdynamci DT-770s for work, a set of Jaybird Bluebud Xs for working out and I've run through a fair number of headphone amp/dacs as well...

    Sure! Lots of us use/have H-phones. We even have a sub-forum on this site for that:

    Check it out. My go to cans are ATH-M50s for closed back (movies at night, etc.), Sennheiser HD 600s as the standard to measure others against, better or worse, plus I like the Quincy Jones AKG Q701s for some genres. But you really need more amplification for the last two. I prefer the open backs for critical listening.

    ATHs are decent cans even the lower models 30 and 40.
