Too me, it sounded like Kossoff wasn't there or a studio musician on this
one. Good LP though nothing stood out. Just a first impression.

Alright, it's Keef's birthday, the legendary Keith Richards. Startin' wif "Talk Is Cheap" LP. Surprisingly good sound quality.
-
Lol, I said Richards. He dropped the s. Like Ron Wood. So, how about "I've Got My Own Album To Do," by Rocking Ronny Wood, with Keef and Mick and Geo. Harrison guesting. '74 solo debut. Lots of good rocking fun. "I Can Feel The Fire" has always been a favorite fun reggae rocker...

It's Ron Woo now?

Nah, the cover of Ronnie's debut album had the "s" scratched off of Woods. Since it was from 1974, and I always heard Keef dropped the "s" in Richards for awhile during that time, until he reconciled with his father in the early 80's, that was my poor attempt at humor.
How about another Keef (financed) album:
Wingless Angels. -
On second listen, this is a good blues rock LP.pumpkinman wrote: »

Spinal Tap
no, check that...
Pipedream!
"Pipedream was a short lived minor "super-group" that consisted of Tim Bogert (Vanilla Fudge, Cactus), Ben Schultz (Barefoot Servants), Jan Uvena (Iron Butterfly, Alcatrazz, Alice Cooper) and Willie Daffern (Captain Beyond, G-Force). The band played a few gigs in the Los Angeles area and then promptly disappeared after the making of the début-album." -

Having a glass of rum in honor of my good friend who just passed away, and this came up on my Spotify playlist. Touchingly appropriate....
