X Over and Speaker Setting

Ok I am playing a bit with my system. What is the right crossover and should I set my speakers to large or small?

Monitor 70 Front
CS2 Center
OSW3 Rear
505 Sub
Vsx 1121k Receiver

    How are the results? Do you have an SPL meter to confirm the volume levels? At the end of the day, if it sounds good to you that's all that matters...
