X Over and Speaker Setting

Ok I am playing a bit with my system. What is the right crossover and should I set my speakers to large or small?

Small, set to 80hz and tweak from there... -
That seems to be what most say and what I have done so far

How are the results? Do you have an SPL meter to confirm the volume levels? At the end of the day, if it sounds good to you that's all that matters...
