I am listening to a Monkees album I have had since I was a little kid - The Birds, the Bees, and the Monkees. It is in paradoxically good shape (or at least a Denon DL-103 is ridin' in unmolested territory in the groove) and it sounds pretty good and about half of the songs are pretty good... generally as long as they're not "Davy Jones songs". (with no disrespect meant to the late Mr. Jones) -

It's great to be spinning vinyl again! I have not visited my local record store in about 6 months, and I just decided that I'm going to do so today as soon as I finish this one. Be back later to play some of whatever LPs I pick up. It's gonna be fun, enjoy the day my music loving friends... :cool:
