    There are a couple things on my audio 'to-do' list. Compare my Norah Jones Come Away With Me cd through the dac vs sacd through the oppo analog output, switch some cables....and compare the Last Waltz BR with the vinyl.

    I will say that the LP is way more fun to listen to after watching the BR a couple times. It makes more sense :cheesygrin:

    First complete day off in a while.

    Slept in till 8a :eek:

    Just made myself some eggs, bacon and biscuits after cleaning some records.

    Now enjoying some vinyl over breakfast and coffee...

    Evening to ya Rickt thanks for the inspiration. The Steve Forbert brings back memories I had to have it as soon as I saw you post it the other night, this one comes with his first one. I lived in Germany quite a while, there was this outdoor /indoor bier haus called the gartenlaube was a retro 60's 70's type place kick $ss set up with 2 pair of the biggest Klipsch speakers I have ever seen don't remember which model, empty railroad cable waxed covered tables, the tunes were always cranking. anyways everyone was encouraged to bring tunes for the night. I turned a lot of German friends on to Steve Forbert, also met my wife there needless to say my Jack Rabbit Slim stayed at Das Laube. I had to have it. Memories with this we own it again.

    You know Rick that's one artist the collection lacks, and that's Linda Ronstadt. I only own the LP Gretest Hits ( Brown Cover ) that's it, however I came real close to getting Silk Purse off of George's latest vinyl sale. I do believe I will get it next go round if its still there
