I just preordered the JVC RS4810 .No pics of it in my room yet, but will follow up as soon as it arrives. It's not scheduled to ship until mid to end of November, but I'm excited. Supposedly it's really good, does the 4K upscaling using eshift 2 technology. It will be a little brighter at 1300 lumens since I can certainly use that with my large 126" screen. I probably won't use the 3D much but we shall see. Just wanted to share. A very nice piece of gear.

Congrats! That's a beautiful piece of equipment you got there, we'll be expecting a full write up

I was thinking about a new jvc but the 3d has always been horrible and dim. For 2D nothing can touch these jvc's so I might go with a high contrast 50000:1 2d model on the cheap. I just sold my epson 5010 the other day so give us a review in comparison to your old jvc as I'm in the market for a new pj

I love my JVC RS2. Contrast is off the charts good. And these new units are even better. Enjoy!

Congrats, what Blu-Ray player are you useing ?

Awesome man , congrads . I love the JVC model Projectors. I feel they are the best bang for the buck on the market. Epson comes very close as they offer a lot for little money but they don't hold a candle to the JVC's.Dan

Have the Sony S790 in the HT. Had it in my theater for awhile and really like the performance. THE PQ/AQ is right up there with the Oppo models.Shoot the jumper.....................BALLIN.............!!!!!

I just installed this and the image quality is mind blowing. Full CMS, 4K, CFI if you like that sort of thing, and you have one hell of an image. I did some minor tweaking with the settings and it is amazing out of the box. The unit is roughly 30lbs or so and looks good as it does when in use. I'm one happy camper today, granted it's 3 days late since I wanted it for Christmas. I'm super excited with this machine right now. Pics to come.
