    I love this album. While there's no denying Rogers talent, he's incomplete without Gilmour and vice versa. A great album never the less.

    Sorry arun, gotta disagree with ya. Roger really dosn't need Gilmore. While he is a great guitarist i don't think Water's missed a beat without him. I think Amused To Death is as good as any Floyd album. Just my opinion. Think i'll play it now.

    I love the fact that different people can listen to and interpret the same musical piece differently :biggrin:. I love Roger, I love Amused to Death but I think Pros and Cons is a better album. Sure, Roger can make a great album with any generic guitarist, but Gilmour definately compliments Rogers perfect but rigid structure with a dash of spontaneity. Just like Clapton and Sanborn do on Pros and Cons. Thats just my opinon.

    Don't get me wrong, Pros & Cons proves my point. I would put that in same catagory as Amused. And i respect your opinion as well. Audio & Music is why i like this place so much. Wish everyone would stick to audio & music. Its gettin crazy around here. Pink Floyd; Wish You Were Here in 5.1 Beautiful music. Rick, love the sacd on the Pioneer. Sweet music.
