The speakers have not required any repairs, nor have they been altered by any modifications. The only existing damage is that of minor scruffing to the speaker screen covers. Due to being employed overseas, my father had to have the SDA's transported back to the U.S. from my their previous residence there. My father disposed of the original cardboard boxes and replaced them with wooden shipping crates, which are also no longer availble. As far as the manual, it was unfortunately misplaced during their process relocating. If you would prefer obtaining a manual, it's my suggestion that you contact Polk Audio at: (800) 638-7276. I am sure that you wouldn't face any problem requesting one through the mail.
