RTA 11T Upgrade Kit

Any opinions on this upgrade kit? I have a set of rta 11t's and was wondering if this worth it?

    You would be better off getting those parts yourself from parts express.
    Those caps with the yellow ends are a mid grade dayton brand.You should at least get the higher grade 1% daytons.
    Or better yet get sonicaps from soniccraft but keep in mind they cost more.Not sure what values you need but someone else here who has modded those 11s may chime in and let you know what you need and where to get it.

    you will need

    high
    new polyswitch or .5ohm resistor
    12uF capacitor x2
    2 ohm resistor
    2.7 ohm resistor
    low
    34uF capacitor

    Try the mundorf resistors for a little high end sheen.Or mills for a warmer sound.

    if you power with a receiver and plan to stay there those will siffice. if you have the slightest thought of seperate(or integrated) amplification id go with the other suggestions
