The best I would do is when I was living down in the WI Dells working as a lifeguard. All we did was drink. a normal night was 15-20 cans or bottles of High life and that was a good drunk, not even a puke night. But 119 god damn. I would die.

A good night for me with no real hangover in the morning is 8-10 but I have been known to have a few more than that in one sitting and YES I paid for it the next mornning. The most I think Ive had is 24 but they were stretched out through out most of the day and it ended up being an early night. Now Vodka on the other hand I can sit and drink a whole bottle of Grey Goose and feel as good as pie the next morning, boy I love that stuff.

Every weekend it averaged about 16+ beers when I was hanging out with certain friends of mine (while still in the military).

Honestly though I'm not sure if I ever saw passed 24-25 in one night, I mean who ever drinks that much beer without touching a shot or mixed drink? After that, it's game over lol.

This is making me thirsty, jack and coke coming up.

Well, I just pulled off the impossible by doing a double-blind comparison all by myself, purely by virtue of the fact that I completely and stupidly forgot what I did last. I guess that getting old does have its advantages after all :D

I quit drinking years ago. Until cel-phones became so ubiquitous, it was easy to call bullsh*t when my friends would tell me about the stupid stuff I did the night before... but then along came photographic (and soon after) video evidence, and I *had* to stop. But even at my PEAK of drunkard living I was only good for 10-12 beers before passing out.
And BTW I read that whole freaking article, and that was a pretty cool "mini Bio" of a modern legend.
    RIP Andre, And thanks OP

Back in my drinking days we'd do beer bongs 3 cans at a time and I would say we'd probably do a case and a half in a decent night. Now, a twelver is pretty close, give or take.........
