stupid college trick from my past:
Drank a gallon (128 oz) of keg Shiner in 60 seconds. That's 10.6 beers in one minute! The next 5 minutes were all pain and belching, followed by belching and pain! After the 5 minutes of hell I settled in for a royal buzz. I was 300-310 lbs, it was full on stupid but makes a funny story at family reunions, my future sister-in-law was there to witness the act!

I'd love to witness a couple of amateurs drinking at Polkfest or anywhere for that matter.

Well, I just pulled off the impossible by doing a double-blind comparison all by myself, purely by virtue of the fact that I completely and stupidly forgot what I did last. I guess that getting old does have its advantages after all :D

I can spend a football Sunday and put down 14 or 15 over the course of the day although more typically it's three or four and switch to water. Guess I'm getting soft in my old age.

It's all about quality, not quantity. I'd rather drink a 6 pack of REAL red star Heineken than a case of the crap they try to pass for beer over here. Most folks don't believe it, but there is a difference between what is sold in Europe and what we get Stateside.

Back in my younger years, 31 was my record and in the same time frame my buddy put down 79. If it wasn't for just being two of us there and waking up to 2 beer can pyramids, we wouldn't have known the numbers.

Now days, I have 1-2 beers a month with the occasionaly dinner so if I wanted to, 6 of a good beer would put at a good drunk.
Never kick a fresh **** on a hot day.

    Home Setup: Sony VPL-VW85 Projo, 92" Stewart Firehawk, Pioneer Elite SC-65, PS3, RTi12 fronts, CSi5, FXi6 rears, RTi6 surround backs, RTi4 height, MFW-15 Subwoofer.

Car Setup: OEM Radio, RF 360.2v2, Polk SR6500 quad amped off 4 Xtant 1.1 100w mono amps, Xtant 6.1 to run an eD 13av.2, all Stinger wiring and Raammat deadener.

Back in my college years, a guy at a party at my brother's house bet me $100 that I couldn't chug 1/4 bottle of Everclear and keep it down for 60 seconds. It was the most painful 60 seconds of my entire life, followed by vomiting what felt like fire... but I got that $100! :D

My stepmom used to party with him quite frequently in Pittsburgh. She said he was always double-fisting pitchers of beer. In fact, they couldn't keep 'em coming fast enough. Based on her stories, I have no doubt he was harboring a small Ecuadorian tribe in his stomach to assist in ingesting said libations.

As for Ye Ol' College Days, the Hour of Power generally put a lot of people in the record books.
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

Here is what I sort of figured. It depends on how fast I drink. If I drink one or two an hour I can get away with drinking about 12. If I drink pretty quick that 12 can give me a hard buzz.
    HT setup
    Panasonic 50" TH-50PZ80U
    Denon DBP-1610
    Monster HTS 1650
    Carver A400X

    Kef 104/2
    URC MX-780 Remote
    Sonos Play 1

    Polk Surroundbar 3000
    Samsung BD-C7900
